From category inventor to platform company. THE CHALLENGE CoverMyMeds pioneered ePA. But they'd built an entire ecosystem beyond it – copay, prior auth, specialty access, field reimbursement – and the industry still only knew them for one thing. The brief wasn't to make better ads. It was the change how an entire industry perceived a brand. THE APPROACH Rather than launching one campaign, we built a creative platform – a system of interconneted / complementary campaigns that could each speak to a different audince, solution, and moment, while feeling unmistakably like one brand in motion. Every campaign had it's own concept and surround sound. Together they told a bigger story. THE RESULTS 197% increase in clicks - 360% increase in search conversions - 80% decrease CPC - 3.1M impressions at HIMSS - Creative approved at the presidential level of Fortune 6 parent McKesson
